disappointed on you Woolies . I made a payment on the 31.03.2021 and I sent my proof of payment on the same day to '***' on the 16 April I received an email from Tracy Fortuin saying my account is in arrears I forwarded the same email I sent on the 31.03.2021 I called on Monday and I was told to email the proof of payment and I did today I called again and I was told to send the proof of payment again why is Tracy Fortuin not coming back to me and I made another payment for May yesterday and sent proof of payment to her and she is still not doing her job or coming back to me to say she received the payment
