Poor service

I got retreatchmet end march this year, beginning of April I submited my documents to Northgate mall branch to claim the insurance, I went to brach six time and calling customer care and they promised to forward the matter to insurance department, till now , no feedback, getting sms about outstanding balance now, I am really angry now a d **** off( ***) contact number ***
