Poor service

Woolworths has become synonymous with quality. I was disappointed when I purchased a pair of earrings and the stick which goes into the earhole broke off. I went to amother store thinking it was just a once off bad experience and purchased a second pair. Oi ve just as bad within two days the earrings broke.
