Poor service

Good morning, I ordered 12 Bottles of MCC online for collection. When I got to the store in Lakeside they said they out of stock. Nobody called me and I arrived there and they said they didn't update the system and they only have 6 bottles. I did not receive a contingency plan. I was told I can take the 6 bottles and they will get back to me. Nobody has called me back yet and I received a refund. I would like the balance of my order processed please.
