Poor service

Went to Woolworths at Melrose Arch to buy bread got serviced by Komsana T, his service is always very poor. Last time he put heavy products on top of my bread and it got squashed, today he told me i can pack my groceries myself.

Clearly this guy doesn't like his job, if he doesn't want to service us he can go pack the shelves.
