poor service

i was at the woolworths store in brooklyn mall about 2 weeks ago. i shop there on a regular basis and would always get some pies and a full chicken. as i was doing this i witnessed one of your managers talk to her colleagues like they were little kids, disrespecting them and shouting at them infront of customers. what was sad is that you could see that the poor staff is afraid of this lady her name is emmerencia hendriks she stikes fear in the staff. if this is the culture of woolworths then i will stop buying at your stores no human being deserves to be treated like that infront of clients??? thats totally unacceptable i even stayed so i could see her name tag thats how appalling her behaviour was!!! im really disappointed in woolworths
