Poor service

In my entire life of shopping with Woolworths today was the worst day ever .so I bought items online n got refunded due to some reasons I opted for the voucher which took forever to get finally when I received the voucher then went to mall of Africa Woolworths which is normally the best to shop at.bought my stuff went to the till then this rude lady her name being WISANI rudely asked for my physical ID which I told her I don't have and why would I need an ID to use my voucher ,it's actually not what was asked from me it was how she was asking it as if am a ***** or some sort I don't know but I must say that I really felt disrespected and undermined ,she was so rude in saying that I almost gave birth by the counter n really I was just wasting her time.i must admit I felt discriminated shame
