Poor Service

The service received at Maponya mall is a disgrace, I went to Maponya Mall to be assisted by Bheki Three months ago requesting for a Supplementary Card, Three months later I am being told that the Documents Bheki had sent to their Head office are not Clear. I went there Three times and still the same Story. I need this Card for my Partner to use.
