Poor service

I made an online order with Woolworths on the 11 May and another on the 18 May 2024 till today I have not received my orders called customer service and was told the will come back to me, and they didn’t I call about 4 times the last time a consultant told me 1 of my parcel got lost and promised to call me same day about the other parcel till this day nothing has been communicated with me.. I’m so ****ed right now with poor service and yet I haven’t been refunded my money
