Poor Service

<p>I have been a long standing client of woolworths. Always promoting their service, quality and efficiency. This morning at Stellenbosch square, i needed assistance to urgently buy a new pair of shoes before work. Yes, it was 08:15 and there was many staff that passed me. I asked for just the assistance to quicly buy a pair of shoes before work, but no one wanted to assist. I get it that working hours are from 09:00. One gentleman refused to open the door just to hear my request, as if i should speak through the glass sliding door? Another lady said no they could not assist as none of the tellers were in already? Surely everyone should know how to accept payment. Very unimpressed, not what i would expect from Woolworths, which WAS my prefered provider for all needs, but i honestly could not be more shocked, not what i'd expect.</p>
