Poor service

<p>as I visited the Cape Town store this morning I remember that I didn't have my store card with me but had my ID as to i get to the cashier I asked her if i can use my ID to pay for my stuff and she just looked at me and said NO, I ask why as to I always pay with my ID at the Green Point store she just said no sorry, next customer please. I was so ****ed, i than paid cash by another cashier and left. I swear I'm going to close my account </p>
