Poor Service

<p> I bought a pair of pants at woolworths maponya mall on Thursday the 24th of November. When i was actually making the purchase i informed the cashier that i took a size smaller but knowing woolworths clothes being big cuts i trusted the the pants will fit. Upon arriving at home i then realisezd that the pants are small. I the decised thst i will wear one of my older pants that i had. I then went to Trade Route mall ti retyrn the pants to my surprise i was told that i wore the pants and they're dirty and should return them back to where i bought them as thry wont take it. I didn'twant to make a fuss about it so i took them back to maponya. The supervisor by the name of Mpho was verg sarcastic insinuating that i wore the pants and told me that all clothes are checked so they wouldn't put dirty pants on the rails. I asked if i should wash them then? My question is since they check all the item why do they not check them when sold. I have called woolworths and still wautjng for the trade route manager to contact me and 48hours has passed</p>
