Poor service

I am not happy at all with the service I received yesterday, An agent by the name of Tamara cancelled my online application saying that I will be called within the next 30 min. No call was returned. I went online to check the status of the application and tried to re-do it, I got an error stating that I can only re-apply in 30 days. What kind of service is this, please listen to your calls as you say that the calls are recorded.
