Poor service

I placed an order on the 30th May 2020 ,the order was supposed to be delivered on Friday 12th June 2020.

Today is the 18th,nothing received,no explanation,I called in several times you stay on the line for 20min,eventually I got through and the consultant was going to follow u with the courier company and get back to me,still nothing and that was on Monday the 15th.

Order was paid for already!
