Poor service

<p>I went to Woolworths Sunnypark today and I saw a pair of boots that I liked, unfortunately they didn't have my size. When I requested that customers service to check for me for a size 3, they refused to check cos they said its against policy to check for sale items. I was not asking them to order it for me, I just wanted them to check if a size 3 was still available in Pretoria. It's a pity that that they refused to help, in these economic times losing sales is not good for any company even it is Woolworths</p>
