Poor Service

I made an online order on 24 August, was notified that my parcel would be delivered between the 29-30 August. On 26 August I got an sms stating my order would be delivered that same day. I then got a call from the delivery guy who couldn’t find my address, his name is Mzwakhe…called from the number +27 (72) ***-3727. I offered to give Mzwakhe directions to my house but he refused to listen to me and told me to meet him at “Build It”. He was so rude and told me someone will call me till this day the 30th, I am not sure what is happening with my order. I’m frustrated because he was already in my location but refused to deliver to my house.
