Poor Service

<p>Application at the Mall of Africa two weeks ago,contacted by Head office last week and advised the Credit card can only be printed in store, when i get to the store apparently Head office has already printed the card and the store cannot print my card because head office has proceeded with Printing!!!!</p> <p>How did Head Office print the card without my authorisation and AFTER advising me that my card can only be printed in store(Please listen to the call), and without receiving my FICA documents? why could head office not assist while i was in store, as they caused the problem? Why do i need to be inconvenienced to go back to collect the card!! </p> <p>Poor service Woolworths, get your house in-order!!!!!!</p>
