Poor service

6th January 25 I bought a pair of black sneakers for my 13 yr old boy, today I went to your Vincent park store to return the torn shoe and I'm told the 6mnoths return policy lapsed on the 6th July 2025.So meaning when we buy Woolies shoes we must wear them as quick as possible and return them within 6 months? The problem of that shoe is poor quality and for someone poor like me cannot afford to buy shoes or rush shoes for the sake of Woolworths policy. Fo that matter it's only 14 days exception can be done if they are so strict about their policies and don't care about people who are the core of their existence.

Stranger last year June I bought boots ant the same company and those boots are still okay no sign of anything, please I will not allow you ripping me off for your cheap quality ,why do you buy products that doesn't last yet I must suffer as a client? Please exchange my sons shoes
