Poor service

I have been a VIP member at Woolworths for years and I recently received an email stating that I qualify for a 40% discount on Emirates international flights. I had to register and I would get feedback within 72 hours and I have been waiting for more than a week. Each time I follow up my calls get passed on between Woolworths rewards and Emirates bookings. I need to book a flight as they are getting fuller and more expensive by the day. If it is not too much trouble, can someone get back to me and tell me if I qualify or not?
