Poor service

I have purchased online n receive the delivery now the boots are small n tried to return them in woolworths kerk street in joburg n I was told by cashier that I cant return the boots cos they don't have them in the instore so I need to try other stores that has stock thats bull**** cos return policy doesn't state that nonsense now im unable to visit other stores closed to me cos I'm at work all the tym
