Poor Service

Delivered half the order, I had to phone and phone them to try and sort out. On hold for 20 mins at a time then you get cut off. Phone back 20 mins on hold, operators dont even acknowledge you, just mumble hello and put you on hold again till you get cut off. If you cant operate a call centre don't offer the service. If you cant employ enough people in a country with 50% unemployed to answer calls within a couple of minutes then your in the wrong industry. Over a week later still waiting for my delivery. Was promised it would be delivered a few days back but no one shows up?! Shocking service trying to pretend to offer a reliable delivery business.
