Poor service

I received an sms advising me that my order will be delivered - 26/11. I called the customer services at 9:45 am to advise them that I will only be home at 4:30, the agent told me they don’t deliver on a Saturday. I told her I received an sms she reluctantly said she’ll send an email and let them know to deliver at 4:30 only, I didn’t trust her so I emailed myself. A few hrs later - 12pm a driver from w/w calls to say his on his way. I managed to ask my neighbour if he could wait for the order. At 3:30 still no delivery, we called the driver over 10 times & no answer!!! My neighbour had plans which he cancelled! Not only was my time wasted but my neighbours time as well. I’m disgusted in the unprofessional conduct of w/w!
