Poor Service

I recently started shopping at Woolworth's foods Durban Road due to moving. Prior to this we shopped at Parklane Spar. You can't compare the level of service between the two shops. At peak times Woolworth's always has long queues with unmanned tills. Parklane never has queues as they man their tills.<br> Two of the three times I have gone to get a rottiserie chicken they have had no stock. I was told to come back in an hour. I have never been to Parklane and they have run out. This is either poor planning or incompetence.<br> The staff on the tills were grumbling about the unmanned tills during peak times as well saying that it places too much pressure on them.<br> Prior to going to this store I always thought people aspired to shop at Woolworth's but if I want quick service and a pleasant shopping experience I will avoid this shop.
