Poor service

I placed an order online to be delivered on the 2nd and it was not delivered and no one said anything,I checked on the app and it said order processing then ok the 3rd I called and the guy I spoke to said he will call me back because I said I did not have enough airtime,I tried reaching out on Facebook and still didn't get assistance,I called again today and they hanged up on me,this is not the kind of service I expected I'm very disappointed
