poor service

My daughter lives in phillippines. Ons small clothes available there. I went on 23 jan and took photos of nighties for her in size 20 none available at shelley. Were supposed to order. The correct sizes from stores who had in stock. About 2 weeks later got sms that stock were rec have to drive 25 km to shelley. Nothing there only size 18s which i didnt want. Phoned numerous times. went in again 24th nothing in still. Supervisor very helpful employee phoned today. Stock was apparantly sent from hillcrest but went missing. Never arrived at shelley. Now to late all summer nighties sold or gone on sale. <br> Im very very unhappy. edpecially went a month early.to get nighties for my daughter who is comimg to visit end of march. this through sheer incompetence of staff. <br> i have the photos i took with the date and sms that i rec as proof. I u need same. <br> I ordered the nighties the 23rd of jan. In ww orderbook it was only entered in the 27th. And size 18 and 20 quoted. I did not want anything in 18. Often after phoning my call would not be returned.<br> I also spoke in person to a young indian lady (manager?)
