Poor service

I ordered fresh produce online and it managed to reached me past Saturday. The use by date was the following day and some the Monday. I contacted them about it and want it to be replaced. Had conversations with them telephonically Saturday, Sunday and Monday and it is now Thursday already. No feedback yet of replacing it. I am forced now to use expired fresh produce. Is this really a top notch service provider? Very bad!
