Poor service

I had a very bad experience with Woolworths Rembrandt Park, ordered a cake and some bananas for my daughter's birthday, never got the cake the driver said they do not have cakes at the shop but my order was completed the cashier completed an order I did not get the driver ended up not taking my calls anymore.
