Poor security and customer care service

<p>My sister went to Woolworths Eastgate to exchange a pair of shoes for her daughter and she ended up buy other things... after making the payment she pushed her trolley out with my niece and at the door the door beeped and she was then escorted to some office which she described as scary and nobody said anything to her for close to an hour... how do you do that Woolworths? She has a 2year old with her and she has receipts with her... why didn't you check the receipts? After she has walked out of the shop your security people embarrassed her and caused a scene.... to top it off the security personnel who was determined to prove her a ***** doesn't even have the decency to apologize when all is "clear" and she is released... how do you keep her in that room and not explain what the process or procedure is? I have cancel my account with Woolworths because it's clear to me you don't care about the people... </p>
