Poor record keeping

I had a credit card with Woolworths *** which I made arrangements to pay via Daly credit corporation until last payment was done last year December 2022 an amount of R399. This year I get a call from Daly Strauss on behalf of Woolworths with an opening balance of R699 but what's frustrating is when I ask for a statement will all transactions I'm being ignored and enforced to pay & beg anyone with knowledge to help how to resolve this issue 🙏
