Poor Quality Winter Bedding

I bought winter bedding at Woolworths Balfour Park Mall 3 weeks ago, The quality is so poor that our clothing eg Track Suits, Jerseys and anything that attracts fluff are completely ruined. I spoke to Bongi at their complaints department who said I should return the goods and was completely disinterested with no apology whatsoever, I told her I took pictures of the damage on which she gave me a whatsapp number to forward the pictures but the pictures still haven't went. What happens to all the clothing etc that are ruined by this. What a ******* they are
