Poor Quality shoes and bad customer service!

I bought slippers at Woolworths Jabulani Mall 25 May 2018, 03 May 2018 i got to to realise that the stitching on the side was open. The Supervisor/ Manager insinuating that I was walking with those shoes outisde thats why they broke, but my question to them then was is the quality of shoes suppose to break within one week of wearing them? worse part my heal doesnt even sit on where the shoe broke. We pay alot of money for quality of shoes then have to pay more money to repair them after one week of wearing them. Shame on you Woolworths and your unprofession and rude staff. Woolworths don't you sell quality. What are we paying for. Are we paying the premium for China stuff.
