Poor Quality Produce Received via Woolies Dash

I’ve had two or three Woolies Dash deliveries recently. The first were fine, but the most recent delivery was extremely disappointing. The fruit was not packed well, and the strawberries I received were completely unusable - bruised, overripe, and not at all in line with the standard Woolworths is known for.

Woolworths markets itself on quality and charges higher prices than most supermarkets on that basis. Historically, I’ve always found their produce to be excellent, which is why I rely on Woolworths for my weekly fruit and vegetables. They usually last longer and save me time because I don’t have to constantly return to the shops.

However, the quality in my recent delivery fell far below expectations. I couldn’t use a single strawberry, and since I ordered via Woolies Dash specifically to save time, the idea of having to return them in person was even more frustrating.

I also submitted a review through the official Woolworths review request, but it was declined for publication. This raises concerns about whether Woolworths is genuinely open to constructive feedback, especially when the feedback is less than positive.

Overall, I’m very disappointed. I hope Woolworths takes this seriously, as the quality of their produce has noticeably declined. I'm not sure if this is perhaps due to the fact that someone else is picking my produce for Woolies Dash but, either way, produce of such poor quality shouldn't be on their shelves
