Poor Quality Pork Espatada

How can Woolworths sell Pork Espatada as chunks of fat only @ R 149-99 / KG. We bought two of these packs and had to give it to the dogs as there was hardly any meat on the one utilized. Second one will be tried over the weekend and if the same will repost another disheartened message regarding a store who are believed to be the better of stores in SA.

Do they no longer keep a check on their suppliers for quality assurance?
