Poor Quality of shoes and Poor Service

I have bought loafers shoes last year July which are now torn from the heel,I went to the store where i bought the shoes Woolworths Waterfall Mall Rustenburg,and i was told the shoe is more than 6 months old and they cannot do anything to assist me.I feel so disappointed with this kind of service as i thought Woolworths should be selling good quality that lasts longer.This is the worst service i have ever received from this store I am so disappointed in them.I do not think i will ever buy there,mxm,My money just went to waste,What a shame Wollies
