poor quality of flip-flops

I wish to formally complain about the poor quality of flip-flops purchased from Woolworths. I have purchased five pairs, of which four have already been discarded due to lack of durability. The fifth pair is now also unusable.

This level of quality is unacceptable for a Woolworths product. I have a video available demonstrating the condition of the remaining pair and can provide it if required.
