Poor quality merchandise

<p>I have just had yet another item that I bought from Woolworths turn out to be defective. A bra that i bought for my daughter in late March/ early April is falling apart. The elastic is fraying, so it cannot be worn. This after one of the two I initially purchased had a strap give up before it was washed for the first time - I took that one back and it was replaced with this one. At just under R100 each, they are most certainly not cheap, so I expect something of decent quality. But it lasted less than three months - that's extremely poor quality - something I am noticing more and more with WW products. I have had a lady's thermal vest get 'holes' after a couple of washes and my make-up brush shedding hair continuously. I was under the impression that paying WW prices guaranteed me good quality merchandise - unfortunately, my experience has shown otherwise. I would like to know what WW is going to do about this, and I don't want the standard cut and paste response. Put your money where your mouth is!</p>
