Poor quality, horrid service

I purchased milk at your Woolworths Sitari and it was off box milked, I called to inform them of my unhappiness with product all manager said was no we never had complaint and cannot be milk. The levels of lack of service at that store needs to be managed we drove to Zewenwacht Woolworths they took boxed milk and said we gladly replace it. Less than a minute conversation and they took it and said send it away. I am super upset drive out petrol and waste my airtime on your Sitari store. Please remedy this kind behaviour.
