POOR QUALITY HANDBAG

Bought a handbag in October 2021, it's now withering away at the seams. Sent an email to customer care they told me to return it Took it to Mall of Africa where it was bought, they told me it's now valued at R0 and they cannot refund it. So much for being BIG ON QUALITY, I'm so annoyed. Left the bag there, they can keep it.
