POOR QUALITY FOOD ITEM

I have purchased a pack of caramel and pecan nut buns from the cornubia branch, came home put it in the oven as stipulated on the packaging, 180'c for five minutes only to take it out of the oven to find ot rock hard. I have sent an email to Woolworths and no response I have contacted the branch, spoke to the food manager with no satisfaction, I have to incur costs now and drive 20km to my nearest Woolworths to return the poor quality product, WHOS FAULT IS THIS WOOLWORTHS???
