Poor quality

I bought a pair of pyjamas for my son during your quality sale in February. He only wore the pyjamas last week, the top had a small hole under the don't iron sticker that became big as he was wearing it. I went to your shop in Northgate mall to get this resolved but the lady by the name of Sizakele told me she couldn't do anything. Should I not be assisted I'm afraid I will have to end my relationship with Woolworths and close my account
