Poor quality

I bought a set of short sleeve baby vests for 6-12 months at woolworths... I do not have the receipt and there seems to be a factory flaw on the one. From previous experience, woolies does not want to hear anything if you do not have a receipt. One would think that you spend more money for quality but this is definitely not quality...it’s completely ripped. And I’m sure a 6 months baby is not capable of getting his clothes ripped because of moving around.
