poor quality deserts

we always buy deserts from woolworths ,I bought the hidden centre caramel cupcakes.when I took it home and my family and I were having it there was no caramel in the centre.these cupcakes used to be very nice .it looks like they are not being made with the same quality.disappointed in woolworths<br>
