Poor quality ( damaged goods with in a month )

I'm, in a woolworths store,at maphonya mall to return a per of sleep wear shoes and they are are damage within a month and they are telling me that they still have to take them for inspections and the whole process will take two weeks , I addressing the whole issue with the head office and they are still telling me that they still have to access the item befor they can attend to my matter , so what I'm failing to understand is that I can not be helped by the customer service nor the supervisor of the store and the head office can't help me [URL Removed] reference number for the head office is :***
