Poor quality control on winter clothes

The quality of this years winter stock is not on point. Sent an email to the customer care no response. Bought my infant a Shepard sleeper, the size says 6-12 months but it’s way too big!

Now my other son’s slippers are falling apart. The shoe sole has just separated from the material. The shoes are less than a month old :(
