POOR QUALITY BUT TOO EXPENSIVE

I bought clothes for kids at Woolworths, my concern is the quality. The prices at Woolworths are too expensive compared to the quality. I bought a of sandals in December for my daughter, it got torned last month.

A pair of trouser that was bought in December is also torned, you can tell that it's a factory issue only God knows as to why it ended up on the shelves.

A pair of takkies that was bought in January is also torned. I've sent the shop an email with regards to these issues I went on as far as attaching the photo of the clothes, two weeks have passed by they've never bothered to respond.
