Poor quality

My leather boot that I paid for two years ago broke which was R1200

I do purchase boots every year by Woolworths but for the past 3 years I can tell Woolworths quality has drop dramatically!!

The boots I have for about 7 years from Woolworths is still in a mint condition.

I purchase my shoes to last me for a couple of years and I don’t mind spending on the quality I personally feel I’ve been mislead by Woolworths for there poor quality over the past 2/3 years.

I spoke to a customer service agent on reference *** She advised about the return policy which is 6 months I’m fully aware of.

I do think Woolworths must extend there refund policy due to the poor quality been sold to your clients.

I purchased me a boot this year which was also R1200 and I do think it will be my last.

I’m won’t be ripe off like this where I could buy at Mr Price or elsewhere.

I chose Woolworths for there quality.
