Poor quality and worse service experience

I bought my daughter white takkies at Woolworths Carnival in March 2018 in preparation for winter uniform which they only got to wear at school on the 8 May 2018. The stitching on those rallies was opened. The guy who was helping together with the Supervisor were insinuating that I was so wrong. Woolworths don't you sell quality. What are we paying for. Are we paying the premium for China stuff.

The guy said they are no longer on the system so they will give me one cent I said he must throw them away. They are also useless for me. I will not have a child wearing opened shoes. Thanks for nothing Woolworths
