Poor quality and service

Poor quality and service to say the least at Woolworths Adderley Street.

I bought pants on the 08th of March 2021. Wore them on the 09th and felt uncomfortable as they were too big.

Managed to make time on the 11th of March to exchange for a smaller size.

On exchanging my pants, I was advised by both the manager and customer service teller that the pants were unsellable.

That basically after one wear, Woolworths quality goes from great quality to unsellable. That the quality of their clothes is even lesser than that of a low grade store. That you spend your hard earned money for one days good quality.

The manager went as far as saying that, for the price of the pants, she can’t take it back. The audacity of Woolworths selling clothes for a high price, for one days worth of wear, is day light *******. Good Quality (hell no). Woolworths has failed dismally, it’s ridiculous.

Needless to say that the pants were not tight fit, but wide leg pants.
