poor quality and bad attitude

I bought pants from Woolworths 3 weeks back on sale, I wore them once but they're already torn around the stitches, I can not wear them anymore so I decided to return them but I couldn't find proof of purchase, that is the till slip, I've done this before I went to customer services to try and retrieve the slip, the lady was very arrogant and she did not help me, I have torn pants from Woolworths now lying around my house which I wore once! I'm very unhappy with this store and it's quality, this is the second time thin year getting poor quality item, luckily I did return the first one and without a till slip.
