Poor quality

Good day..

Just want to share my poor experience with a pair of boots purchased at Woolworths. I've been a Woolworths cardholder for over 20years, I purchased a pair of boots from them that has hardly been worn. The boots is peeling and cracking, I called the complaints department who asked that I take it to a branch. At the branch I was told that there's nothing they can do because its the issue is the material. I've asked them to sent it through to the technologist as advised by the complaints department. They came back saying that there's no signs of wear & tear but because it isn't genuine leather they can't do anything about it. It's sad that a client has to spend so much money on items that perish because of poor quality. I will be closing this account off soon. Good bye Woolies you've lost a valuable client.
